The job
What you get. What you still do.
You get Lunch-hour calls held while the desk is empty.
You still do Practice-only questions.
You get Appointments booked only on approved rules.
You still do Any visit a clinician must approve.
You get A staff task when the caller asks something only the practice can answer.
You still do Advice, coverage decisions, and chart notes.
One walkthrough
A lunch-hour call that holds the appointment.
- 1
A lunch-hour call comes in while the desk is empty.
- 2
Administrative details are collected. Only the fields the practice approved.
- 3
An eligible slot is held on the schedule.
- 4
A practice-only question becomes a staff task, not an answer.
- 5
The desk returns to a held appointment, not a voicemail.
Composite of how we scope this. Not a client result.
Common objections
The questions that decide the call.
Will you sign a BAA, and where does patient data live?
If a first workflow is appropriate, we map where data would live, who is the covered entity, who would be the business associate, and whether a BAA is required. If it is not appropriate, you keep the notes.
Is this a HIPAA-compliant product?
No. HIPAA is not a badge on this website. Compliance is the configuration, contracts, access controls, and how the practice runs the system.
Does the system make clinical decisions?
No. It supports administrative work and approved information retrieval. Clinical judgment stays with licensed people.
Where is patient information processed?
That is documented for each project, including hosting, models, software connections, logs, backups, and support access.
The call
30 minutes. One workflow. A yes or a no.
Bring
- One front-desk workflow
- Who owns scheduling
- Where records live today. No PHI on the call.
Leave with
- Fit or not fit
- Where data would live / BAA path
- Setup vs monthly ballpark
First workflow typically $2,500 to stand up, then $1,000/mo for 8 hours of support. We confirm that on the call. See all plans
